I am in this business because I've seen first-hand how money can make or break someone’s true happiness in life. When I was growing up, money always seemed to be a stressor for my family. After high school, I found myself working two jobs to put myself through college. One of those jobs was a Teller at Wells Fargo, which would ultimately lead me to a nearly 10-year tenure in the financial services industry. The steps to financial freedom can feel complicated and daunting, and knowing that the advisors at Peek Wealth can diminish the stress and worry that accompanies financial planning is what drives me every day here at Peek Wealth.
On the personal side, I am most proud of having a hand in co-founding the non-profit, Wild Souls Ranch. Wild Souls Ranch takes foster, adopted, and "at-risk" youth and connects them with horses to work through and process their trauma. With our visionary at the helm, I found myself in the position of Donor Development and Cultivation for our budding organization. From 2013 to 2020, I've organized several multi-faceted galas, large-scale festivals, and worked hand-in-hand with high net worth individuals and businesses to help build Wild Souls Ranch into the thriving social services agency it is today.
My experience in the non-profit sector has made me comfortable dealing with all walks of life and has shaped my empathy and understanding of others' realities. To that end, my background at Wild Souls Ranch has evolved my role in the financial services industry in a unique way. At Peek Wealth, I strive to our advisors with quality decisions for our clients that are rooted in fact, not fear. I find my true joy in holding the hand of those who need it or simply want a little more support. Better yet, being able to assist our advisors with helping a client realize their dreams is the ultimate fulfillment.
